PSP2, Switch 2 and an Xbox handheld... a brighter portable future?

Imageepoch's 7th Dragon II for PSP scores well in Japan

No new Vita games reviewed in the latest issue of Famitsu, but a raft of decent scoring PSP titles should keep Sony in the charts. With amnesia and paranoia on the list, looks like Japan is in for a bit of a head-shake, but leading the way is the sequel to the popular 7th Dragon 2020, a cute lizard-busting action RPG from Imageepoch and Sega.

That score is probably down to all the marketing and stories Famitsu has been running, but hey, we all know the drill. The original sold around 125,000 in its first week, so expect a not too dissimilar number when its released  next week.

Amnesia Crowd is an Otomate production with typical emo whining and I haven't a clue about Sakuran Paranoia other than its an adventure.

7th Dragon 2020-II (PSP) – 9/9/9/9
Amnesia Crowd (PSP) – 8/8/8/8
Getsuei no Kusari: Sakuran Paranoia (PSP) – 7/7/7/7
