They're new to me, but Tonika is a Spanish development company whose previous products include a very stylish and varied (bomb disarming anyone?) English language tutor title, Play English.
The engine behind that game appears to have been used in the company's upcoming Sony-published game Mystery Tour, an adventure game that we can only hope is as mysterious and dashing as the character in the only bit of art I can find.
The game should hit around the end of the year and may well hop over to Sony Vita, but here's hoping it gets a run out on PSP too.
